3. Search For Homes
Now it’s time to start looking at homes together to find your next home. We will schedule showing that works within your availability.
4. Make An Offer
Congrats, you found “the one”! Now we will draft an enforceable contract based on the terms, conditions and price that we discuss, and you decide. We pride ourselves in our negotiation practices and work ethic to get you into your next home.
5. Offer Acceptance
Good news, your offer has been accepted! You and the seller have agreed upon terms and price, the home is effectively held for you until closing.
6. Due Diligence
This is the time that you will perform your due-diligence that is set out in the contract. From inspections, insurance, appraisals and receiving approval from a lender to name a few. We will give you recommendations to trusted professionals in each field to assist you to make sure you are making an informed and educated decision.
This is the transfer of funds and ownership. The lawyer that you choose will be sent all of the appropriate documents to facilitate the closing.
